TESTED AND COME WITH A SAFETY CERTIFICATE AND CANDLE BULBS, THESE WALL LIGHTS ARE IN THE ORIGINAL NICKLE FINISH AND ALTHOUGH IN GOOD CONDITION THERE IS A LITTLE WEAR IN THE FORM OF THE BRASS UNDER THE NICKLE SHOWING THROUGH.
