this is a very decoraative french crystal chandelier, the majorityof the crystals are clear and there is a inner ring of coloured crystals (red and green). this chandelier is p.a.t.tested and comes with a safety certificate and light bulbs. the measurements are 24 inches drop x 19 inches wide the drop does not include the chain and ceiling rose.
